REVAMP pays Allegheny County residents $15–$30 per hour for attending their CPS, CRS, or peer support sessions — because your recovery deserves to be treated like the real work that it is.
REVAMP removes the financial barrier of choosing between recovery and economic survival. Here's how it works from enrollment to payment.
Participate in at least one hour per week of approved recovery services — Certified Peer Support (CPS), Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS), or Administrative Management Services (AMS). Sessions must be with a licensed/credentialed behavioral health professional connected to REVAMP.
Your CPS and the referring Behavioral Health Program Director confirm session type, duration, and frequency. Your stipend is calculated at $15–$30/hour based on session type and whether an employment wage match applies. No manual paperwork — your CPS handles verification.
Stipends are disbursed bi-weekly by check or electronic transfer. Employment wage match is available for participants currently employed — up to a $15/hour differential for verified sessions that conflict with work hours, not to exceed the $1,000 monthly cap.
REVAMP is designed for Allegheny County residents who are actively engaging in recovery from mental health, substance use, or co-occurring conditions — and who deserve financial recognition for that commitment.

Stipends are structured as charitable assistance to a broad, indefinite class. Maximum $1,000/month limits private benefit. No inurement to insiders. Conflict of Interest, Whistleblower, and Document Retention policies are in place. Form 990 with Schedule I disclosures will be filed annually.
A signed Release of Information (ROI) is required before any session data is shared between your provider and REVAMP. All data is handled per HIPAA Privacy Rule requirements, with designated Privacy Officer, staff training, and breach procedures in place.
REVAMP maintains recipient selection criteria, referral assessments, verification logs, stipend calculations, monitoring notes, and anonymized outcomes. Procedures for equitable selection and use of funds are documented. Pennsylvania BCO-10 charitable solicitation registration is maintained.
REVAMP works hand-in-hand with Redefine Support, our OMHSAS-licensed Certified Peer Support program. If you're not already enrolled in a CPS program, start there.
